To take care of your choppin' top; wash with soap and water lightly after use. We recommend using hot water and any shelf brand dish soap will do the job!

Rub down your board with mineral oil, cutting board conditioner or any oil that you deem necessary to keep the wood moisturized, healthy and conditioned. The continued oil application will keep the cutting and charcuterie boards pristine in color and moisturized in touch. Many store bought cutting board conditioners will also have waxes in the product that is extremely beneficial in board longevity and color. I recommend applying the product after every wash.
Keep your board shiny and new after countless uses. Keep the board dry and out of a damp environment; damp countertops and keep mineral oil at arms reach after cleaning. Do not fear large knives and barbeque cleavers on your board, the cuts add character!
